  I made an appointment to open an account at the Post Office Bank. I arrived on time and was surprised to hear from an employee, that I can not get service because the employee is new to Vicki for a long time !!!! Take care of me. "You have to go to the post office where there are a lot of cash registers and they will open an account for you" - this is what I was told. I was also told that the branch manager was not present and could not be contacted, when I asked for the name of a clerk, she refused to answer. I had to leave the place without an answer and professional help. Why do you get such people for work ???
