  מנהל הסניף חייב להיות מפוטר אתמול. היחס שלו לציבור מבזה הוא לא ראוי לתפקידו. כתוצאה מכך כל העובדים פשוט בזים לציבור . ועושים טובה כשעושים את עבודתם אם בכלל.

  Sub-level of facts. Especially the religious worker (whose name I do not know). She has no idea what customer service is, yelling, arguing and attacking instead of helping. Sub-level of branch, disgust of service. I have no idea how the Israel Post holds such facts. Need to send them home immediately !! Horror and disgust! They also lost a document and do not take responsibility and also shout and attack instead of apologizing !! Shame Shame Shame. Ugh

  Disgust of a branch. Employees are unaware of basic service delivery. Talk to customers in a disgusting way

  Like all Israel post locations you should not expect great service, lines are long, do yourself a favor and make an appointment online so you won't need to wait that long.
