  Wonderful location, but very dirty and not well maintained. Appartments all different. Needs a lot to be improved!

  הגענו עם ציפיות נמוכות, כי המשובים שפורסמו באתרים לא היו נלהבים. בפועל, דירות מפוארות, מתוחזקות מצויין, מאובזרות בכל מה שמשפחות צריכות: מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה ואף מייבש. נוף מהמם לים!!! ולעיר חיפה! פשוט נפלא ושווה כל אגורה🌹. שמחה שבחרנו לא להרתע מהמשובים המתלהמים באתרים. אנחנו נהננו ובטוח נחזור. ממליצה לכל מכריי👍

  I wasn't sure what to expect but had heard these places were a real bargain and the location couldn't be beat. Overall it was ok as the 1st room we had looked like it was something out of the 80s. We called the manager (russian speaking - fantastic and attentive) and he agreed to set us up in another apartment that was much better and had even better overall accommodations. I think the redeeming quality of this property is that it's right on the beach.
