  When we first considered buying an apartment I thought of doing it on our own. Why do we need a realtor? we are intelligent human beings. So I thought In retrospect, working with Ilana was worth every shekel. She was patient as we debated several potential apartments .and eventually found us the right fit Then she introduced us to many other great professionals in the field including a lawyer, a mortgage broker and a remodeling company. Her contacts , her attribute and her professionalism are priceless for anyone who is in the business of looking for an apartment in south Jerusalem
