  החומוס הכי טעים שטעמתי, עם המרקם הכי חלק שטעמתי, מוגש עם פיתות שנאפות בתנור אדים ויוצאות יותר מיוחדות וטעימות מפיתות רגילות. התבלינים ששמים על החומוס משתלבים נהדר. השירות מצויין והלימונדה אשר ניתן למלא בשירטת ריפיל בדיוק כמו את החומוס - טעימה גם היא.

  הפיתות נהדרות, השירות גם. החומוס עצמו בינוני. טובע בטחינה, טחון מדי עד למשחה חלקה, חזק מדי בכמון וחסר לימון. זה כבר עניין של טעם וזה לטעמי. המחיר למנה הוא גבוה וגם התמורה גבוהה (כולל תוספות, כולל ביצה, כולל ריפיל) אבל מה עם האפשרות להזמין מנה ללא תוספות במחיר זול? זה הבסיס...

  We have been a great many times at Hummus Eliyahu, Beit Hashitta..one of our favoured places. Fast, pleasant service, excellent hummus. Today was the first time we were disappointed. The hummus was lukewarm at best. When we made a remark we were told that that was what was available and that it would take a while for the next portions to be available, They could have said that right away and we would have waited. ( after all, it was only 18.30....) Later the waitress offered a portion of shakshuka instead, but that was not what is was all about. When you need time for the next fresh portion, tell it, but do not serve the leftover! That is not what Hummus Eliyahu stands for! When we paid, the cook made the remark that she tried it and that “it was not cold”. Than you really did not understand the meaning of (professional) service. ( ...but OK, she did not care that the apron was not clean either...) Next time we will first check who will serve , and ask if it is fresh and warm!

  יחס מחיר - תמורה הוא טוב מאוד. חצי מנה משביעה לחלוטין. חומוס טעים, שירות אדיב ומהיר. נקי.
