  The agent we dealt with was very unprofessional, they have a huge communication gap among themselves in the agency, different people told us different things. I faced several problems with the apartment I'm staying in and the agency was extremely ignorant about it.The agents do not reply to our complaints, we had to keep messaging or personally go to the office to get some answers. Also, due to the season changes, they suddenly increased the already high rent by 40% which was very unreasonable and expensive considering the apartment is quite old, not renovated and has so many problems ( very loud construction noise which went on for 3 months, the oven and grills in the kitchen don't work, the washing machine had to be repaired time and again, the electricity kept tripping because of faulty plugs, and various other small problems). Overall me and my friend had the worst experience with Holiday Rentals. I do not recommend it at all!

  Its like dealing with clowns in a circus. Booked September 2015 & paid deposit, for booking at end May 2016. 3 weeks before, they remember to tell us they don't have our apartment any more, and any of the offered alternatives were well below standard of original booking. We re-arranged, satisfactorily through Airbnb (much better - why would you EVER use Holiday-Rentals and their grossly incompetent clowns when you can go securely with Airbnb?!). Still awaiting return of our deposit nearly 2 months after they said they would return it. In short, if you prefer peace of mind when booking a holiday apartment, avoid these incompetent idiots like the plague. They way they operate, your money will be at risk, as they could go bust at any moment. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  i rented an apartment with holiday rentals for the second time this year the are a very profesional and respond fast to any issue will definetly recomand and come back
