::Service under every review. I never bothered to write a comment for the restaurant, but this place breaks records. Just a sub level. Breakfast wasn't very tasty either. A cheeky waitress in charge of an apathetic shift. A place that has no right to exist. Just like that!

::A bizarre experience. Yesterday, the Friday before Christmas, I arrived with the family for coffee and a snack before the holiday dinner. We arrived at one o'clock, and waited about half an hour to clean the table and take an order from us. I also contacted the shift manager, Doron, who was present at the scene and pointed out to him that we had not yet booked and that we were waiting. After they came to us and ordered, and while we were waiting, the waiter (!) Came to us at quarter past two, 45 minutes after we sit there and wait, to tell us that the kitchen is closed and they are not going to serve us the food we ordered. Needless to say, since we could no longer eat anywhere else. I asked to speak to the manager. Doron came up to me, apologized and said that the kitchen was indeed closed. Could customers wait 45 minutes and not get what they ordered? Needless to say, apart from canceling the parking (irrelevant) we were not offered any compensation. Doron shrugged off responsibility, didn't even offer us to stay for coffee (after mentioning it to him he asked me what I wanted to drink, thank you very much), sent the waiter instead to contact us himself and offered a solution and said "what can I do for you". Disgraceful, utterly impotent and impotent behavior that expresses total disregard for customers. So far, my attempts to talk to Shlomi, the owner of the place, have gone awry.
