::shocking!!! After a waiting time of an hour and a half - we gave up and went home. Terrible service - one of the lowest levels I have encountered. We felt we had reached a third world clinic. Lod branch is just awful! Quality, service, professionalism - among the lowest in the field. Do yourself a favor - stay away and don't even try, not even for free! Horrible and shocking - culture shock!
