  Professional, service, quality staff and a pleasant atmosphere and a perfect vacation, Shirley manages customer relations, Nofar and Sandra connect customers, Sheila the hotel manager and even Muhammad from the Lawrence dining room, all very high quality services and of course, I would recommend to anyone who can and would love to stay again soon.

  Fabulous hotel. Vitalis the doorman greeted me with champagne. Spa and treatments out of this world. Close proximity to the ocean and the pool and scenery is beautiful beyond words. Toda raba !

  Because, in our opinion, this is the best hotel in Israel. Everything is excellent - the food, the cleanliness, the service, the staff members, the facilities, the courtesy, the immediate response, the variety and more

  Not perfect. Good spa facilities and private Vitalis pool. A little dated. Needs a little maintenance. But overall, an excellent experience. Restaurant Lawrence is exceptional. Excellent choice by Israeli standards.

  Excellent service. Very good food. Clean. Hand sanitisers everywhere. Keep social distancing. Accept only fully vaccinated people. No children at this hotel. Only negative thing we had here was the safe under the sink and very difficult to access. Would definitely stay there again. I'd recommend their restaurant too. Excellent service there too.
