  A beautiful oasis in the chaos and grime of Jerusalem. Clean, calm, quiet and beautifully presented. Ours was one of the slightly smaller rooms, but it seemed spacious. Great central location. The pool, sauna and steam room were great. It's worth going for the breakfast alone.

  Hotel is nice, room is spacious and clean and location is good. Breakfast on the top floor is excellent. However, I had a very unfortunate post-stay experience. I accidentally left three of my shirts in the wardrobe and called the hotel the day after checking out to ask if they could send them to their sister hotel in Tel Aviv where I was staying then, offering to pay any freight expenses incurred. The front desk promised they would check lost & found and call back, but never did. When I contacted them again, I was once more promised that they would call me about the shirts, and when they did it turned out that they had checked the wrong room despite me having been very clear about the room number and date of stay. I asked them to please check again - they claim they did and that the shirts were not there, but I know that I left them in the wardrobe. At this point I gave up because I was leaving Israel, but the experience indicates that staff and security at the hotel clearly cannot be trusted, which is a shame considering the otherwise great facilities.

  אז ככה החדר מעולה (דלקס) לגבי שירות : המיני בר קטן ובלי מקפיא ועולה תשלום של 50 שקל. כשרוקנו לנו אותו גילינו שבקבלה לא ידעו וחייבו אותנו על כל המוצרים. היינו שבת וחג שבועות וקראנו להרמני מהקבלה שידליק לנו אור והוא הגיע שעה אחרי. ארוחת בוקר: נחמדה וחסר בשבת פריט חם ובחג היה חביתות שהיינו צריכים לראות מישהו אוכל ורק אז לדעת שיש שם עמדה לא מאויישת. ושילמנו מראש כדי להישאר עד 8 ובקבלה היה רשום להם 6. צריך לשים לב. חוץ מיזה היה נחמד ויותר אווירה מעולה.

  A very fine hotel. The service here was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel location is great. It's walking distance from the old City making it very convenient. Several tours pick up from this hotel, another plus. They offer an excellent breakfast buffet that was delicious, with a wide variety of food. I tried to sample everything but it was too much for me. I loved the shower. We stayed in room 500 and the shower head was adjustable. The massage setting was the best. The water pressure was so strong you didn't even need soap. The water could just spray the dirt off of you. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jerusalem.
