::Just a shocking bank !! There is no telephone answering and the calls are disconnected time and time again Bankers who think their service is satisfying or good! The bank on its own accord opens a savings account and makes repayments of charges and every time you try to find out something you have to physically arrive or wait several days until the return of a service representative who does not know that it is his job to provide service !!!! Not recommended at all!

::bad service. I wanted to pay for a university voucher and had to wait an hour and a half in line. When I turned to the principal to ask why there was only one teller she answered me in all seriousness that if I was in a hurry I might want to look for another bank. Around me stood in line a lot of helpless older people waiting about 3 hours in line. Disgraceful and dismissive attitude.
