  The number one thing to do in Mitzpe Ramon! Make sure to climb up the hill an hour before sunset for the "golden hour" - best time to see the crater and get great photos. But don't forget to take something warm with you as it gets very cold and chilly up there, even in mid summer... (wine / beer might also be a good idea to take up there...)
