  Calls to make an appointment to adjust a night brace. Announces that I was referred through Harel Insurance. Arrives on time. I am seated to wait an hour to tell me that I had to bring a panoramic photo (why not say in advance when I made an appointment?), That Harel is not funded and has to pay (so what does the arrangement mean), and that the doctor has not arrived even though I wait an hour, and no one bothered to update. I wasted precious time.

  I came to Dr. Goldman with a ruined mouth. Terrible experiences with dentists who were replaced by HMOs, private doctors who did a seemingly good job with a result that looked awful. I stopped smiling. Two years ago I decided to rehabilitate. Dr. Godelman and I made a comprehensive plan that was transparent and in full consultation between us on what is important to me in terms of visibility and outcome. We dived into the unknown because there were some teeth in question - treatments or displacement. Months of treatments, surgeries, extractions, measurements. Accompanied closely, at convenient hours. Department managers performed the surgeries. Dr. Goldman was in charge of all the other things. Always with a smile, with explanations of what is worthwhile, and what process are about to go through, computer simulations, technicians who came at night for consultations on shades and shapes. After a year and a half of treatments, a second before the state went into first closure we were done. I smiled again.
