::Back from a family vacation in Eilat, I booked an appointment; In order to collect a package of books from the university. I arrived two hours earlier, so I asked for a regular appointment and was not given one. Tried to cancel my queue, but without success. So, I offered several times to give me the package without a queue (to streamline the situation), because there was no one in line waiting. Finally, one of the representatives brought me the packaging, but when I left, I was asked (or rather, demanded) in an unpleasant way not to arrive two hours ahead of time (as if I controlled when I would return and when I would pick up the mail), and they made me feel uncomfortable. This is disgusting behavior, which makes no desire to come and collect packages. The problem is that this is the main branch in Gedera and unfortunately, the packages from my university get there.
