  Disappointing. Was presented to us as a five star hotel...definitely NOT! Older and outdated. Stains on the carpet. Split floors with stairs make it very inconvenient Our room had a nice view of the sea of Galilee, but it was small and the air conditioner did not work well. Bathroom fixtures had soap scum on them. At least the internet was stable but slow. Food was okay, nothing special. Had difficulty trying to communicate issues with the front desk staff. Not an option for a future trip.

  Great hotel over all! Some of the rooms need a little bit of an update in technology, but other than that, the buffet was amazing, the pool and spa where great and it is right on the water so the views can be breath talking!

  Very, very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it! Good food and great views of the Sea of Gallalie!

  The pessach program (2018) run by Abe Wexler is fantastic. Magnificent grounds with a swimming pool, spa and water slides.... Pessach food has been great so far as well... overall its been fantastic here....

  Great food. No working plugs in room. No toilet tissue in room. Inconsistent Wi-Fi.
