::Zero stars for this despicable rental car establishment. Already wasted three hours of my day trying to rent a car so they don’t deserve any more of my time writing this review but I have to let you all know that this place is a disaster. First of all they are rude, irritable and aggressive. When they brought out our car it was filthy. When we asked them to clean it they refused. Instead they offered us another car that they made us wait for for another 30 minutes. The employee made us go to the garage with him and refused to bring us the car. We were sweating in the garage and asked him to turn the car on but he would not give us the keys. He then left us trapped in the garage and we could not get out. We had to leave the car and walk back to the rental shop to get someone to move the car. At that point we cancelled our rental entirely and demanded a refund. These people are nasty. By the way, they wanted to give us a car that had a dead battery as well.

::Pretty mediocre service. Staff not very friendly. One lady at the desk training another, so not enough people to help all the customers. Took about 20 Minutes to complete all the formalities. Have to wait another 10 Minutes for my car to be brought to me.... it is at another location... so don’t be in a hurry if you have to drop off or pick up a car.

::Attention, RACIST employee This Feedback is for the Europcar Station at the TLV Airport: At the beginning very friendly and courteous, which changed, after i had to tell the young guy the city of my residence, which is the arabic hometown of my grandparents. Although the facts that the city belongs to Israel, as Netanya or Haifa does (what I mentioned multiple times) and that i have the Israeli and German citizenship, he denied delivering me a car, arguing that I „could take the car to Palestine“ or „drive outside Israel“. After a long discussion and pointing out, that the way he is acting is illegal, he changed his mind, but offered me a higher price, than previously discussed.

::Guy at the front desk ignored the complaint of a customer about the cleanliness of his car. He then proceeded to be about as unhelpful as possible to me - I had to ask every question twice, and had one word answers back. Disgraceful.

::Horrible customer service. The car stopped working a night before returning it, which was freaking dangerous in the middle of the road. They offered a car lift and an exchange car within 3 hours, which wasn't relevant because it was the last night with the car and waiting 3 hours would kill the night. Therefore I went there the next morning to ask to get the money back for the last day - they said they'd call me at the same day and make a discount, and basically tried to get rid of me. Never heard for them. Let alone the fact that I paid online and was asked to pay more when I got there - much more - which the order on the website didn't mention. Do yourselves a favor and just stay away.
