  Very fast. The only thing you need to have a little luck with is the shuttle bus.

  I had my car in minutes. They are really fast and easy. Would recommend. It’s sad that others seem to have had a different experience.

  My first ever one star review. Dishonest and liars. They said there was a scratch and there wasn't one. 3 of their own people said there was no scratch and it took 3 flashlights to come up with nothing. But the manager was on some power trip and refused to give into her minions. All the pre rental pictures would do Jack for this cut there wasn't anything there. This was a ridiculous falsehood. They wouldn't even tell us what it will cost. Because there was nothing there. Liars.

  Slowest service I have experienced. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get the car and return it. The car was garbage also.

  In case of delay in returns Europcar tries to charge for a full day when in their terms it allows to pay delayed cars by hours and its cheaper if its below 7 hours late. We were 3 hours late. When asked for detailed info regarding this issue refuse to answer and refer to travel agent. Besides that, they made us wait 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the terminal. Luckily we were not in a hurry.
