  There was a theft when we stayed at this place....the land lady covered for the theft expense... Location is quite good

  I spent one month there, and it was really great time. The flats are very comfortable! they are clean and very well equipped. Thanks for Ziona help I was living in two of her apartments. and for everyone who has to work on Technion, and who need fast access to the shop or who like from time to time drink some delicious coffee close to flat (highly recommend Mandarin Restaurant - delicious coffee and big one cost only 10 ILS) the Carmel localization is more than perfect. Whole Ziona team is very nice and helpful. Ziona is doing everything to make your stay nice and comfortable. She helps me with shopping at the very beginning and welcomes me with delicious cake! If you want to feel like at home definitely rent this flat.

  Our family had a great time at Villa Eshkol. Landlady Ziona went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and accommodate requests. The spaceous house is located at a beautiful place. Equipment functioned well. Haifa is a very interesting city, multicultural, tolerant and relaxed. It offers plenty of interesting places both in the city and at relatively short distances. Most noteworthy was our visit to Beth She'arim where the great sages of Mishnaic times were buried. In short, when we plan to go North, Haifa and Villa Eskol are at the top of our list.

  This is the third time we stay at an Eshkol Housing appartment. The first two times we were at the center of the Carmel, and now on mapu street. Both places are neat and clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Ziona is very responsive, and always in a good vibe. Will recommend staying in those apartments to my friends.

  נחמד, תמורה שווה למחיר, השתכנו ביחידה העליונה. נקי מאוד מטופח ושמור. מרפסת גדולה ושווה לנוף לים(כיוון מערב) לא היה וויפיי על אף שהיה רשום שיש
