  We split a special of the day salad which was the best salad I've ever eaten in Israel (maybe ever). It came with a portion of their made from scratch sauerkraut, home made pesto, crackers (not baked), and was dressed with a very subtle and delicious honey mustard. Lots of tomato, sprouts, and crunchy goodness. We also had a ginger ale drink. Strong ginger flavor, nice clean finish. Finally we shared an "ice cream" and an apple pie for dessert. I liked the apple pie but my wife thought it had too much cinnamon. The non-dairy vanilla ice cream was tasty, sweet, and very creamy in consistency. I left happy and energized. Zev, the owner, is congenial, funny, and a good host. The place was over run by Birthright groups (Wednesday is the day all the Birthright tours come through Safed). Nevertheless Zev took care of everyone and his staff was polite and friendly even during the crunch. Highly recommended.mom

  I visited Elements Cafe three times in two days. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. Huge fan of the Elements Soup and homemade vegan ice cream!

  פינה קסומה ומיוחדת בעיר העתיקה בצפת. אוכל צמחוני טעים בריא ומקורי. מומלץ מאד !!!
