  במרכז הכיכר מוצב פסל סביבתי בתצורת מקבץ רמזורים לזכר הרמזור האחרון שנותר באילת במסגרת ביטול כל הרמזורים והפיכת הצמתים לכיכרות. צומת זה נקרא זמן רב צומת הרמזורים כי לא היה צומת מרומזר אחר אחר וכיום הכיכר נקראת כיכר הרמזורים.

  Interesting sculpture made of redundant street stoplights... I believe that in the whole city of Eilat all the stoplights are replaced with roundabouts or with more conveniently planned streets... during the day they do nothing but they do blink at night but not in standard RGY colors... Not worthwhile coming especially to see (unless you are a streetlight aficionado) but if in the area and at night, drop by... There is a nice supermarket just next by so you can buy a soft drink or some fresh fruit and sit on the nearby bench to admire...
