  Hope to post (and not just good stuff) Some points (maybe can be improved) 1) Telephone answering of the branch There is not only waiting over 40 d also at the end there is no answer 2) 4 inquiries that will be repeated..don't return only once did the bell ring again at 8:10 in the morning! They did not even leave a text message

  Service is relatively good, but the line for personal banking is simply exhausting. It is not possible to book an appointment in advance

  I have been at the bank for years and I must mention the business department there Hanni and Marina will continue to be amazing! Service above all! Well done!
