  Hello. I booked an appointment at the bank and received on 30.12.20 at 10.30. Days in line sent us that at the age of 70+ do not need an appointment are accepted even without. When we arrived at the bank there was no queue, the bank deleted it and only after talking with the guard could we enter and he was in a position over an hour that we actually came to our queue at 10.30. This is wrong. We have been customers for over 30 years - we tried to talk to Mali and a brain clerk.
