  Shocking service. I am a liaison officer who came to send reserve orders by mail and a clerk named Dina Schwartz completely refused to accept my letters for mailing. Claiming that the Israel Post does not work with the army, when in practice my colleagues sent the same orders at other branches at the same time. The branch has zero skills in providing customer service, all I got was shouting and there was no intention to help me.
