::Lack of humanity and responsibility. I came with an appointment booked in advance. There was a 15 minute detour. My turn is on the board for the window without working !!!! . Right in the window next to me continue to get queues after. 4 estimates would not get people. Why? I left disappointed with a 20-minute follow-up over the queue
