  Service under all criticism, even one star they should not get. After 15 days of waiting for a human response from the branch, the call is forwarded to Talbank, which is the general response that they really can not help with sensitive matters. The reduction of branches and lack of manpower create a difficult situation for those who want to receive reasonable service.

  Though there are no registers, the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. My mother is on a wheelchair and they tried their best to help and get us out on time. Large elevators from the parking lot, straight to the branch floor make it very accessible and convenient for handicap . Clean and updated branch .
