::Arriving well after "check-in time", we were made to wait an hour and a half for our room (because of computer problems), losing valuable beach/pool time. There was no effort by the staff to offer any sympathy or anything else for this serious inconvenience. It gave me plenty of time to notice how dirty the sofas in the lobby were, and how smelly the bathroom at -1 was. And on (un)cleanliness, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, and under the bed there was plastic debris suggesting it hadn't been swept before we arrived. At these prices, they can afford to take better care of basic hygiene. And being somewhat more friendly and having more generosity of spirit would not cost them anything either.
