  Best hotel in all of Israel, Service and staff were great, pool outdoors was closed but the rooms were neat and extremely clean, love it, 10/10 would go again. Professional Tip: if you go outside and have leftover food from the buffet, there is a small cat that is very friendly. Not sure if he or her but the cat will finish your leftovers.

  I have used this place every time I bring a group to Israel. My groups are usually around 40 or so. I never get a complaint. The Location overlooking Jerusalem is amazing. the food is great, check-in is easy for large groups, plenty of room for meeting, rooms are nice, and pools are awesome. Anyone bringing groups should have no worries staying here.

  I'm truly disappointed. Deluxe room for some serious downtime for myself.I arrived not a smile by the front desk clerks. Just business as usual. No brochure in english. I had to write it down with a pen. I didn't know where to go so the clerk from the desk gave me instructions how to find the elevator as I wandered around. Exit elevator and I walk and walk to my room. Not knowing there was a different way to go. If someone from the hotel was around it would have been nice. I enter the room to the most horrible smell. I opened the curtains and door to my private porch, to air it out. As I sit on the bed there is like layers of dust on the wooden desk,phone and headboard. The carpet has black stains in it. Oh there is a brochure in the room but it is not in the best condition. I called the spa ( which the clerk said is totally separate from the hotel) they were booked solid for a week. So no spa. I would have like to order food to the room but there was no menu just a number to find for service. I gave them a 3 because they did send someone immediately up to wipe down the place. It was blamed on the construction outside :/.

  A good friend was staying in the hotel and I drove two plus hours to put a care package together and drop it off. I left it at the front desk to then later find out the hotel had lost it. The front desk is useless and shows no care for their mistake.
