  המקום הכי שווה בארץ יש בו הכל מסעדות מקומות בילוי חנויות בגדים כל מה שצריך .

  ממש מעברה איכס לעבור משם פשוט גועל נפש של מקום אם אפשר להגיד שזה מקום בכלל הכל דוחה שם ראו הוזהרתם

  לא נח להגיע ללא מכונית. יש פה כמה חנויות מעניינות. הרבה על עיצוב הבית.

  Waste of space. Concrete block, derelict... A "white elephant" basically. It was a huge commercial/office project that was halted in the early stages of the build. It has been foreshadowing Ben-Gurion/Jabotinsky junction ever since (20+ years). If it was accessible it would be a great location for urban explorers/dead mall lovers, but sadly it's been blocked by sealing the entrances.
