::Terrible service, old rooms, loud club next door. This Hotel is made to seam nice but is surround by loud apartments above. Loud parties within, and loud clubs next door. For what they charge they should at least pretend to care. Iām sure there are many better options in Haifa.

::This hotel stay was awesome! Beautiful and clean room and gourmet breakfast! Fantastic service! Hen, the receptionist, was a sweetheart to deal with! Definitely consider Crowne Plaza!

::Great hotel with beautiful views and friendly staff. The wheel came off from our suitcase when an employee was taking it in the back for us and they covered the cost of a new suitcase and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.
