  מאכזב מאוד. הזמנו פוקצ'ה קונפי שום וסלט טוסט. אמרנו בהמשך נזמין עוד... הפוקצה שהגיעה לשולחן הייתה ללא שום....וללא זיתים, שרופה בתחתית שהתקשינו לאכול אותה עם סכין ומזלג. ביקשנו רוטב אלף האיים לסלט לא היה. והטוסט של הסלט היה יבש וכמעט ללא גבינה. חוויה ראשונה ואחרונה שלנו במקום.

  Added some time after: Visited this place 2 times again. First time the experience was excellent, 2nd time - a little lower than average (everything takes too long). The place is really nice and I do believe they will manage to improve their service. For now increased the rating to 3 stars. Previous comment: Worst service ever, came 3 or 4 times and every time it's worse and worse. Once had to leave after waiting for half an hour for a menu. Order is always mixed up (you order orange-carrot juice, they bring you apple, order one kind of pasta - they bring a different one, ask not to put onion to pasta due to allergy, they claim there is no onion and next time add fried onion...etc). Half of the menu is not available. Most shocking - they have "happy hour" - 2 beers for the price of one, the waitress confirms it's a valid and running offer. once you order she tells you all the beers are not available and you can order a different kind. If you order a set for 69 shek you need to pay 5 shek for beer (like, you are taking it instead of juice that comes with the set). Once you have a bill you see the full price and they tell you that everything that they told you is not relevant unless it was in writing, if the waitress just said it, it's not counted... (Talking to the waitress in writing, KARL!!!!) don't recommend this place even if it seems pretty to you. STAY AWAY!!!

  מוזיקה נוראית בהתייחס לכך שזה בית קפה. מבקשים תוספת של 5 שקלים על מילוי חוזר של מטבלים בארוחת בוקר - חבל רק שמנת מטבל היא בגודל של כפית. שרות מתחת לכל ביקורת: המלצרים לא זוכרים את ההזמנה המלאה ולא משלימים אותה בזמן. לא להזמין מיץ: הוא לא טבעי ודורשים עליו תוספת כאילו שזה סחוט במקום. מארחת תוקפנית ואנטיפאטית. בקיצור: לא להגיע!
