::They have a poor service, treating patients unequally. They are unfair to foreign workers. I called them one time to make an appointment for a family doctor, they told me i dont need appoint because i hold an orange card and i can come with out appointment. I came one day and but they told me i cannot have check up because there is no doctor, i ask to give appointment so i know when to come. The woman told me no need appointmemt just come early in the morning. The next day I travelled, i came early in the morning, i left my work for the said check up but when i came there they told me they cannot accept today because they dont have enough doctors and she told me to go to other branch who can accept me. Is it acceptable? Is it fair? Don't i pay insurance to be treated like that?

::From what I can tell, it's Clalit's top priority pharmacy in the Tel Aviv/Ramat Gan area. They always have every drug (in the experience of my friends and I), and never have to order anything from another pharmacy. They also always have a pharmacist there who can dispense narcotics (sometimes the smaller pharmacies don't always have one on shift). The downside is that there's almost always a long wait (usually over 30 minutes). THE BEST TIME TO VISIT from my experience is Sunday and Monday evenings, when they're open late. I've gone at 6:30pm on each of those days and sometimes there are only a couple of other people there, or no line at all.
