  I love your designs and I'm super happy with my new glasses, sunglasses + lenses for 500! However, I had a really bad experience at pick-up at your Cinema City branch. I received the wrong model and even though I'm not the type of customer who makes drama or is rude (I'm a customer service rep myself), the customer service representative took it quite personally making the after-sales experience quite unpleasant & bitter. Today, I came back to pick up my order and there she was with a face, the same rude tone (as if I deserved to be punished for their mistake) and wouldn't even offer a case for my glasses because according to her, I already have one (!!). Your customer service needs a lot of improvement. Such a pity, for such a cool brand!
