::If you want to be treated like a number and not a person, this is your place. If you want to be respected GO AWAY! People at the lobby do not have any passion for the business and should be looking for another job. We were a group of 11 tourists waiting for a tour to Jerusalem and the pickup was at BY 14 TLV Hotel. My wife is pregnant and we wanted to use the restroom, however the girl โworkingโ there told us it is only for hotel guest and ask all the group to go outside of the building like dogs. Israel was closed almost 2 years for tourism and nobody nobody should be treated like an animal just like this girl did.
