::Burj Binyamina (𝙆𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙩 𝘼𝙡-𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙟) - farm fortress Burj Binyamina was built in the 18th-19th centuries during Turkish rule as a farmhouse on the ruins of a Byzantine building of the 5th-7th centuries. AD In 1898, during his journey from Haifa to Jaffa, Khan Banya set up the camp of the German Emperor Wilhelm II and his entourage. Three days later, the Emperor met with Dr. Herzl in Jerusalem. In the early 20th century, Baron Rothchild bought Burge's land from the heirs of Salim Khoury Christian. At that time, a wealthy Salim family lived in Lebanon. This acquisition was the first step in acquiring Jewish land in the Zarqa Valley. Crocodile stream got its Arabic name at that time - Wadi Tmasah. Burj's lands were divided among the twenty-seven peasants of Zichron Ya'akov who lacked Falha's land. These same peasants lived for a week with the Big Khan in Burj. Ancient Khan Binyamina has undergone conservation processes and today serves as an event garden with a magical and unique atmosphere.
