  Extremely disappointed! Waited too long, received a "toy" car instead of Toyota Corolla which I reserved, astronomical hidden fees! Terrible!

  שירות מזעזע ובנוסף לזה הם גנבים חייבו לי תכרטיס בעוד 22 דולר סתם!! חודשיים אחרי ההשכרה. אתה מתקשר אין עם מי לדבר ..חרא חברה הימנעו בכל מחיר

  תזהרו ! אין שירות, אין על מי לסמוך. עשיתי טרייד אין בסניף נתניה, לרכב שקנו ממני לא עשו העברת בעלות באותו זמן שקיבלו את הרכב מה שגרר קנסות רבים על חשבוני, רק לאחר שראיתי את הקנס שנשלח לביתי הייתי צריכה לבדוק שיעשו את ההעברה. עדיין מחפשת מוצא לתשלום החוב והנקודות שצברו לרעתי אין עם מי לדבר !

  I will never use budget again! I had my car rental reservation picked up on June 10, 3 AM, In Ben Gurion airport in Israel. I was asking for a good car as I'm going to use it for 3.5 weeks and I been told that they have the last car from this level so there are no other choices. when I went to take the car it was smelling very bad, like wet or mold smell. since it was the only option and due to the late hour I decided to take the car anyway as we were very tired, after a very long flight. we are a family with 3 little kids. The day after we found out that the AC is not cooling well, I called the airport office ad asked to replace the car. I was asked to call the nearest office and see if they have any available replacement, as I did, I called 5 different offices in Tel-Aviv , Herzelia and Netanya - all of them replied that they don't have any available car for me. I called the airport office back and asked them to find a replacement for me, after few hours they called back and updated me that they arranged a replacement car in Herzelia office and I can pick it up the day after from 08:00 AM. The day after I drove to Herzelia office, arriving around 10:30 AM to find out that the car is not ready yet and need to be washed, I had to wait there for 15 minutes to hear back from the car driver that it has a flat tire and it will take another 30 -60 minutes to fix it, wondering why I been told the day before that the car is ready and waiting for me I had no other option but wait for another hour for them to fix the flat tire. after an hour wait, when I asked what about the car I been told that the tires are too old and need to be replaced and that it will take another hour to do it. I took a deep breath since I was very close exploding of all the last few days events around this car. I'm with my family on vacation, spending my time to get an appropriate car. I'm VERY disappointed of Budget service and overall handling. I will never consider using Budget services in the future as I had much better experience with other Rental companies in Israel.

  חברה של גנבים, חסרי כל ניסיון וחסרי כל מקצועיות, שירות מזעזע באמת אל תתקרבו לשם בושה שיש עסקים כאלה בישראל
