Now as a self-service provider such situations happen and even if you do not agree with the customer you should at least be attentive and try to understand the problem and in case of need to bring a refund if they have not touched anything. We asked to speak to the manager named Doron and of course he was also not willing to talk to us and hid behind the cell phone and let the 16 year old seller run things. Of course we did not receive a refund except for one sandwich which they also returned to the stand at the entrance to the store. A place that does not respect its customers is not a place worth buying!
