  Unprofessional officials in sailing, do not understand basic concepts in economics. No answering the phone, after half an hour of waiting on the phone and constantly pressing 2 (continue waiting for a representative who jumps every 5 seconds) just hung up on my face, shame, just shame that this is the service you get in 2022. No wonder we look at the banking system today with contempt, do not count us and steal money from it and then later are surprised that people are switching to Bitcoin.

  Stayed at the bank mainly because of the personal attitude from my banker who takes care of everything. The downside to the bank is that there are much better terms for hitchhikers elsewhere (such as larger loans with significantly lower percentages).

  Not a single star deserves them! The worst bank there is! What a shocking service, disgust just disgust. Do not want to work at all do a favor they answer the phone after an hour or two.
