  This bank is a joke. You can expect to wait over an hour when the ticket says five minutes. They take so long to process deposits and the ticket machines break down sometimes - they still use the outdated Windows XP operating system to process passports, which is a huge safety concern. Staff is very indifferent to customer experience. Hours are also incredibly inconvenient! Avoid if possible.
