  Do not answer the phones for long days, there is no one to talk to. They make changes to the account without talking to the customer, and when they want to talk to them, they do not answer the phones. Stay away from them do not know how to give service

  I came out crying now from a conversation with a bank representative. Shocking service A repulsive attitude to customers Inhumanity in the res. There's a reason they're probably closing, just shocking.

  8 people waiting in line this morning for 1 cashier. Had to ask the bank manager himself to open a new service desk.

  Probably the worst bank in Israel. high commissions, lousy service, long wait, app crashing
