::Ordered for 500 shekels on ten bis. After 3 hours we managed to contact customer support and they returned the money. Apparently they didn't even plan on delivering and didn't return the money, if we hadn't asked for it. Horrible service.

::I ordered food for my family (5 people, you can estimate how much money I spent) at 9 oโclock. Tried to reach them and the phone wasnโt answered for a whole hour. At midnight a guy called to say the food isnโt coming. Not only did my family wait for 4 hours (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) they also ended up not getting it. I called the day after and all they could give me was 30% off for my next delivery. Which, of course, I wonโt be using since Iโm never ever ordering from this place again.
