  Budget at Ben Gurion needs a zero rating option. The girl working the desk today was more interested in staring into her phone than her Budget computer. She sat there annoyed that I bothered her (by being a customer). She couldn't find the rental record, so I had to dig it up for her. Then when I misheard what she said, she repeated it back to me slowly and very rudely, as though I didn't speak English. Cool your jets, turbo, you have an accent. Not everyone is going to understand you the first time around. Deal with it. I was so annoyed that I went to the Alamo/Enterprise/National counter instead. They were awesome, gave me a new car (not the dirty old Budget beater cars) and they got my business instead. Keep staring at your phone and wondering why your days are so miserable champ - you're doing real wonders for your employer!

  I will never RENT BUDGET ISRAEL again!- Terrible Service looking to cheat the customer. I arrived in March 2018 at Airport and waited for 90 min for a pre-order while all the other rental desks had 10-20 min wait time Max. Then I was given a car to notches down from my Hotwire order- with the claim that Nisan Micra is better than Kia Rio- the car is twice smaller. Then only to find out they dont have carry Kia Rio. They would not accept my Chase credit Card Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver and basically trippled the order price with Insurance and airport pick up fee. I tried to return the car the next day only to find out the only branch in Israel that operates after 6pm is at the Airport. I returned the car 10 hrs later and cancelled my 18 day rental and was still charged 94 USD per one day instead 54USD. I wrote to customer service and they didn't address most of the points. I will never RENT BUDGET ISRAEL again!

  Bought a second hand car there great pre sale service but it took 5 post sale visits and over a month for them to provide the spare key that they promised at time of purchase

  Terrible NASTY People no respect and zero customer service. only aggravation from pick up to return. I have no idea how they are in business.

  when I take the car I see that it is not full, I make it by having consume 2L (more filled than when I took it, they hold me 23 USD ... the time before I had rent a car seat so rotten that one would have thought that it was coming out of the trash ..... no state of the place when we recover the car fortunately I had taken pictures because they try to stick me shocks before I take the car .... next time take a picture of the meter but do not go to budget (badget) lorsque je prend la voiture je vois qu'elle n'est pas pleine , je la rend en ayant consomer 2L (plus remplie que quant je l'ai prise, ils me retiennent 23 USD... la fois d'avant j'avais louer un siège auto tellement pourri que l'on aurait cru qu'il sortait de la poubelle..... pas d'état des lieux lorsque l'on récupère la voiture heureusement que j'avais pris des photos car ils ont essayer de me coller des chocs présent avant que je prenne la voiture.... la prochaine fois prenez même une photo du compteur mais n'allez pas chez budget (badget)
