  People are unprofessional and not nice. If you are from another branch you will not receive service. They have a procedure Internal did not serve people from other branches. I had to make a foreign exchange transfer abroad a lesson To the clerk two hours and after she failed she sent the documents to my branch by fax. That day I was at the branch from 8:20 to 12:45 for forex transfer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To this Japanese I wanted to transfer my account from Jerusalem to the branch in Kiryat Gat. All they want to do is sit down and play with the phone. Every time I have . Question they do not answer send me to my branch. Grab another bank. Too bad there is no score 0
