  Ashdod branch at the worst level Lack of service Lack of communication Lack of response after leaving a return message from a banker just another day. Poor call level I asked my only banker who works properly at the bank I was told that she did not ask to leave her a message. It was explained that it was not possible to guarantee that she would return and that I would call again tomorrow. I explained that there was no answer and that a request for an email was a direct extension to which I was told that the clerk did not know ... It was explained to me that she no longer knows only that I asked for her name. Suddenly she sent her an email to get back to me !!! Why did you raise this amateur service minus why every time you have to write a negative review about the Ashdod branch, why do you not respect yourself as a bank branch!

  This is a bank that does not answer urgent calls, sometimes does not return to the customer and once increased to do a repeat call and when I had difficulty getting a representative I hung up. Why pay salaries Why?

  A branch with the lowest service level unfortunately, inquiries can wait there days and weeks without treatment, not to mention the low level in relation and professionalism of the bankers there, just shocking, not recommended at all. Thank God I was lucky I left and will never return.

  Just a fucking branch! There is no telephone answering When you arrive at the branch, especially when there is a queue, you wait for over an hour and no one knows when it is your turn. I tried to consolidate accounts already 3 times in the branch and each time they presented me with a different problem and told me disdainfully to jump a moment to order in the Interior Ministry as if it does not take another hour to wait there and just come back My partner and I have already 3 times wasted time and hours working because of this disdain. I am very sorry that I moved to the Ashdod branch and intend to move to another bank just because of their attitude !! Not worth it at all. Simply disgusting attitude to customers !!!
