  I am looking for the "West Bank" and/or the "Bank of the West" or other banks that sound like that so that I can compare their 2nd Mortgages with banks who use the word Key in their name. This bank refused to speak with me telepathically so that's that.

  Bad online services, can't change your card currency, a %1 fee for every and each time you want to charge your card, you can't control the daily and monthly limit of your card at all, you can't link your card on any payment processors like 2checkout, cards doesn't support mobile payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. There's also a fee when you withdraw from different banks' ATMs, even locally. You don't get an acceptable service except on their top of the line Visa Signiture. I don't recommend it, especially for tourists.

  For foreigners: the bank charges 2% fee of the amount you withdraw with either an international debit or credit card. It used to be free or at least for amounts less than 1,000 NIS.
