  Outrageous bank, awful service. - Poor website interface - No phone answer - Stupid phone password-authentication system - High interest rates - My credit card expired and a new one has not been supplied yet, even two weeks after expiry - ATMs don't accept cheques It's the worst bank in every possible way. I wish I wouldn't have joined.

  Tried taking money out twice. Both times they withdrew money from my account and didn't give me the cash. If you are using a foreign card then BEWARE!!!!
