::I am writing this review for banch number 668. This particular branch of the bank is much better in terms international handling. Most of the employee speak English and almost everyone understands. Since the bank is near Central bus station of Beer Sheva it always gets full with the people. Sometimes appointment getting become difficult or you will have to wait for next to next Day. I faced a lot of miscommunication because of lack of documents. So before going to open an account read the information from their website. You have to tell them about student account or public account. You have to mention that you need additional card, i.e., debit card otherwise they will provide you only credit card. While getting credit card try to collect it from the bank because sometimes pin generation become difficult. The pin of card does not come with the crad. ::The absolute worst place to bank. First of all the line is insane even if you make an appointment. The workers couldn't care less about doing their job. The place SMELLS BAD and is dirty. The account they set me up with had a "technical error" that wouldn't let me transfer money.... I really don't know how it could get worse.

For many days in order to transfer my money to my us account I have spend over hundreds of dollars in charges to my phone and hundred of dollars in faxes. ::The worst customer service ever! Not in my worst nightmare would I recommend this bank to anyone. Unfriendly staff, substandard service, total disrespect for the customers, negligence, etc etc....Please avoid them as much as possible
