::Terrible service, we have been asking for a very basic yet extremely urgent information regarding our account and after a week that they've been saying (together with Tel Aviv branch) "You will have by the end of the day", nothing was sent.

::This bank is located in a big, central location. All employees here are nice BUT 2 employees are just excellent, they make 100% sure that customers with disabilities are taken care of. Miss Shalhevet and Miss Amit Shriki are so polite, patient...they make sure that disabled veterans get immediate service, thank you !!!
