  I am a business customer of Bank Hapoalim and the conduct of the clerks in this branch is amateurish, there is no service at all, I made a transfer abroad via the internet and without talking to me the clerk decided to cancel the transfer as if it were a monopoly game at home, all after typing twice. That it was me and securing the transfer I was making, and it dragged me into $ 1000 expenses and losses, call after call with the Chinese who would believe I transferred the money and in the end did not agree at the factory to load the container because the money did not arrive and the goods left late. Caused me financial damage, no one really cares about the customer. It is recommended to run away from this branch like wildfire and in particular from the business department, see you were warned…

  Waiting hours when bankers do not care and behave slowly and with imagined heaviness. For every little problem (in my case, multiple movements, no debts and nothing), they shout like you're a criminal and a thief, restricting an account without informing you by phone or mail. We feel patronage over the customer instead of the service providers. I see that I am not the only one to criticize, which means that this is probably not an isolated case Too bad.
