  By and large - service under all criticism, unwillingness to leave the customer and make him satisfied, sloppy handling of banking problems and what not. I tried to talk to them through the app - every time I was told to come to the branch. I arrive at the branch, I was told why you did not check the app. In short, no one there knows what he is doing, Bank Hapoalim is doing a favor for customers that he works at all !!! I'm sure going through a bank, but recommend everyone stay away.

  A bunch of officials who give a feeling that whoever is coming just bothers them. There is no way to get them by phone and get service and even when they arrive they are busy making calls and doing everything in order not to give service and try to refer you to the central phone service of the bank from which also getting service is a dubious experience. My recommendation - move branch and fast. shame!

  Three out of four ATMs could not accept a cash deposit. Response from bank manager was basically that they are full and it is what it is. Parking is difficult to find. Never received notice that bank was moving. Claims a letter was sent but I never received it. Just seems to always be a turbulent experience at every visit for whatever reason. Guess the small customer does not matter much to them.

  The private banking is quiet but not very efficient. Not enough customer service representatives for the number of customers that are usually waiting. This means that you may end up waiting for a while, even if you've made an appointment. The wait time can be just a few minutes or it can be over an hour. The bank itself is clean and will lit and there is a comfortable waiting area.
