::bad service It is not possible to get a crazy phone service while waiting It is not possible to talk to the banker at the branch (they do not answer the phones) After only one month at the bank I decided to close the account and move to another bank

::Very stressful experience at this brunch today, tellers not cooperating, give misleading information on purpose, refusing to provide basic service. Manager is not helpful at all, taking teller side. Will not recommend this brunch, specially for English speakers

::No English. Lots of red tape for dual US-Israel citizens. French teller extremely unhelpful, favorite phrases are "No" and "We can't." Gives misinformation. Manager defends the teller, blames the new (elderly, disabled) customer who asks for slower Hebrew speech (teller refused to slow down, she "can't"), and did not know what a routing number is. Same teller made a speech about having attended the Sorbonne. No problem with other tellers but it took 5 trips to get this Acre branch to open an account after which the same teller discouraged depositing money. The deposit was made in spite of her. Some people are in the wrong positions. Maybe she can teach French or do translations but she should not be working in the bank. I am not the only Anglophile customer. The only personal conflicts were with HER, not with any of the other 7 bank employees encountered there including 4 other tellers, 2 security guards, 1 manager. The manager defends her, making it worse.
